{"id":3829,"date":"2022-06-28T08:30:22","date_gmt":"2022-06-28T06:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fusioncat.es\/?p=3829"},"modified":"2022-06-22T16:47:26","modified_gmt":"2022-06-22T14:47:26","slug":"eurecat3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fusioncat.es\/ca\/noticies\/eurecat3\/","title":{"rendered":"[Tech] \u00das d\u2019estructures lattice en combinaci\u00f3 amb el nou model d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 topol\u00f2gica per al disseny de components refrigerats subjectes al feix d\u2019energia de l\u2019accelerador IFMIF DONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Tal i com es va avan\u00e7ar a la primera part d\u2019aquesta s\u00e8rie d\u2019articles titulada <a href=\"https:\/\/fusioncat.es\/ca\/noticies\/tech-desenvolupament-dun-nou-model-doptimitzacio-topologica-per-millorar-leficiencia-de-components-per-fusio-nuclear\/\"><em>Desenvolupament d\u2019un nou model d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 topol\u00f2gica per millorar l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia de components per fusi\u00f3 nuclear<\/em><\/a>, la gran densitat d\u2019energia del feix de l\u2019accelerador IFMIF DONES provoca que els components sotmesos a aquest treballin en condicions critiques, especialment a nivell de temperatures, i , d\u2019aquesta manera, \u00e9s necessari que aquests components continguin un circuit de refrigeraci\u00f3 integrat.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019anterior article titulat <a href=\"https:\/\/fusioncat.es\/ca\/noticies\/eurecat2\/\"><em>Avan\u00e7os en el desenvolupament del nou model d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 topol\u00f2gica per al disseny de components refrigerats subjectes al feix d\u2019energia de l\u2019accelerador IFMIF DONES<\/em><\/a>, es parlava del desenvolupament d\u2019un nou m\u00e8tode d\u2019optimitzaci\u00f3 topol\u00f2gica per al disseny del circuit de refrigeraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest tipus de components, considerant la din\u00e0mica de fluids i la transfer\u00e8ncia de calor, per\u00f2 es pot anar un pas m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 i incloure estructures de tipus <em>lattice<\/em> embegudes al circuit per maximitzar la transfer\u00e8ncia de calor.<\/p>\n<p>Una estructura <em>lattice<\/em> \u00e9s una construcci\u00f3 basada en una s\u00e8rie de punts disposats en un patr\u00f3. Per una banda la calor es transporta des de placa escalfada a trav\u00e9s de la part s\u00f2lida de l&#8217;estructura <em>lattice<\/em> per conducci\u00f3, i alhora tamb\u00e9 es dissipa pel flux de refrigerant que circula a trav\u00e9s dels porus. La combinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;una conducci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica eficient a les parts s\u00f2lides de l\u2019estructura i una baixa resist\u00e8ncia al flux a trav\u00e9s dels canals de porus dona com a resultat un intercanvi de calor molt eficient.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019aquesta manera, s\u2019ha estudiat l\u2019efecte d\u2019introduir aquestes estructures localment en el circuit de refrigeraci\u00f3 optimitzat de l\u2019article anterior, per maximitzar la dissipaci\u00f3 de calor.
